Where I live, the greater area has a lot of mines. Some are old and have not been worked for a long time and some of the mines are huge and are currently being mined.

The area where I live is riveted with ancient supervolcanoes which produce a paradise for rock hunters. Gold and Silver can be found along with a lot of other mineral specimens. One chap found a piece of silver once that weighed about 2500 pounds. The silver was so pure that they claimed coinage could be pressed from it.

but then....... it seems most people are not aware of what lays "below", let alone know of the metaphysical properties of such crystals, minerals, etc. nor of the wonder of such "lands".
