I find smell a guide to not just spirit but connection to energy around me . Smells that may be unpleasent can be a familiar situation to a past experience. When i cant understand a gift or sensory, i find speaking to other healers and elders reassuring. The unknown can be daunting but find answers instead of fearing for your own peace of mind.
