Better clarify on what I mean with I don't believe,
I don't believe they are there in our oceans because if they are,
with the obvious curiousity of mankind,
they would have been found already, or are being seen around at least.
What with our technology where satellites can track down activities out there at the oceans...
But yes, I believe there is a good possibility they may exist in other planets,
who knows?
