Every Tarot deck has swords, cups, wands, Pentacles, and 22 Great Arcana cards.
If you don't know anything about Tarot use the internet to learn the basics or buy a nice beginners book. Start using the cards, preferably 1 card a day and see how you interpret it and by the end of the day see if it's correct.
Don't do more than 2 or 3 in the beginning or you'll get overwhelmed.
