Absolutely. I love walking and go about three times a day. About once a month, I make a day of it and go and explore all of the areas around me (I’m lucky, as London has so many interesting suburbs and urban villages). I also tend to walk most places when on holiday, instead of getting public transport. If I don’t have a walk each day, I feel out of sorts.
