I don't know, since this term seams to be very arbitrary.
I know who and what I am.
I am Rah man an angelic wanderer.
Even so the term wanderer comes out of the Law of One, the definition seams to fit.
I certainly came into existence through the angelic realm.
In regards to an eternal state, there is no eternal state within creation.
Everything moves, revolves, expands.
Standing still is the beginning of the end.
