As I've remarked in my other posting, a principle first needs to be established between practitioners. If THEY believe it's their prerogative about how to behave rather than following a principle then it will remain a free-for-all.
One might wonder why it's me asking these questions. If I can see issues, why can't those who are doing-the-biz also see them?
