Hi there, I'm new here so only just saw your post. I'm an acupuncturist, and I'd say trying to work on all the meridians of the body with only acupressure would be tedious and time-consuming. You could certainly do it, but I think there are better ways...assuming regular acupuncture is not an option.
If you you're up for some tai chi or qigong there are many sources to help. I kind of like the Tai Chi Shibashi routine, that can be found searching YouTube.
I can't link because I'm too new to the forum.
The teacher spends a few minutes talking about the system then he starts instruction. There are two videos.

But you will also come across many other qigong and tai chi forms that will help.
