Gas problem
When there is gas in the stomach, not only is restlessness, but there is also burning and pain in the stomach. Ginger can be used to get relief from this. The anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of ginger destroy all the bacteria that cause gas. To consume it, you suck a piece of ginger in the mouth. Or boil it in water and then cool it and drink it. You will get great relief.
By mixing ginger powder with Asafoetida and black salt, drink it with a cup of lukewarm water. This is also an effective recipe.
Diarrhea away
If you have diarrhea, you can make and drink tea made of orange peel. To make orange peel tea, first peel the orange and then finely chop the peel. Now pour it in a pot and add boiling water. Now close this pot well and keep it for a while. After some time, filter the water and add honey to it and drink it hot. By the way, eating banana is also considered good in case of diarrhea.
In constipation

In this situation, drink maximum amount of water. This makes your bowl system work properly. Also, if you want, you can also consume coffee. At the same time, baking soda is very beneficial in relieving constipation. For this, mix one teaspoon of baking soda with three fourths of hot water and drink it.
