Haha now your response made me laugh! But I never thought of that so thank you
when I ask myself that during meditation I start to almost immediately see a outline for a head but then it changes to all kinds of shapes and sizes swirling around. I guess like a ball of energy would do. Maybe if I keep it up it will become more detailed.
