Common sense.
Spirituality to many people involves believing in things like past lives, twin flames/soulmates, tarot cards, astrology, karma, angles/guides, which is perfectly fine. But its not much different than religion. Maybe just a small step up. When it comes to philosophy that's where you'll likely find more men. Philosophy involves a deeper examination.
