The inner sound current is always present (not tinnitus). It may be at any octave. Slipping into deepening silence, different types of celestial sounds may be cognised, if graced of course.
Don’t know about howling winds though … soma nectar dripping through in-form nadis, the clap of bliss thunder, currents in the toroidal heart are silent and yet unmistakable, in constant rapture renewal. Perhaps that’s what’s alluded to as the sound of one hand clapping maybe?
