Hi, I am not sure. But depersonalisation is not an "Out of Body Experience" (although it is commonly mis-named as such.) An out of body experience is something quite different.

If you mean you felt detached from 'reality' in some way then maybe you were. Maybe that was a positive thing? Maybe the massage released some tension and put you in touch with some other part of yourself outside of the ordinary mundane viewpoint?

I always think that after some sort of healing or treatment it is better to find a quiet personal space or lie down for a while, and let the subtle energies of the body and Soul re-align. And to be aware there are bound to be some sort of shifts in energies or perception for a while until the new balance kicks in.
