...For me I would suggest it all depends upon whom you feel drawn to the most.
And dependant upon your circumstances, that could be different People at different times.
Personally sometimes I just pray to the universe in general knowing someone will hear. But if the situation is more demanding/ desperate /important , then I will either ask my nearest and dearest in spirit, or Archangel Michael and in dire need I speak directly to God.
