... Of course no-one could ever ignore what is probably the best artwork ever created.... ( At least in my opinion)... Which is the painting of the Sistine chapel, by Michaelangelo. I do not think there are enough words to describe the sheer beauty of this amazing artwork. Not only for it's content... The centre-piece being the "creation of Adam"... But given the fact that we are talking the very start of the 1500,s....that is a feat in itself. He was actually standing up to do this...but I dare say he may not have "stepped back" too often to see how it was "coming on" !!! Brilliant beyond words..... Mick, pure genius....
