Synchronisity is an indicator of alignment, just like reality is an indicator of your vibration. Like lightbringer said, it is a secondary manifestational indicator.
The primary indicator of your vibrational relativity between you and your source of being, is emotion. So if you feel very good, then whatever meaning you have given this number, is most reflective of or in alignment with the perspective that your own source of being has regarding this subject, or any subject.
