I followed the advice of Diane Stein in her book "Essential Energy Balance" and asked the Lords of Karma to break the contract for me. It's been years since I did it so I don't exactly remember all the steps. If you get her book, please understand she writes it for the female audience but the process works for anyone, female or not.
