They are always talking to us we just have to learn to hone in more.
It's a process
They usually send us thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere. My guides do that. It's like a bubble of thought and I ask myself, "where the hell did that come from???"
I have grandparents sending me signs anytime I need them Ive just learned and it took me many many years to notice them and when they are warning me, comforting me, or trying to nudge me.
But mediumship is a whole other talent that some people are just born with. Its a developed talent that certain people have from past lives, genetics, or environment growing up.
