I often use the Name of Inanna 3 times and she is there right away. Before I am done saying it.
As I breath in I say within "I" and focus on the sacral chakra
Breathing out I say "na", focus on the heart chakra
And the end of breathing out I say "nna" with the focus on the third eye and crown chakra.
Most of the time I call upon Her, is just to say thank you for existing.

Sounds like an awesome method :)
In my case, she usually comes on her own. Usually, she touches me on the nose, or taps my shoulder, then I know that I should go into a meditative state, to commune with her.
