That is not telepathy. Telepathy is more thought/communication based. There is another concept, "remote viewing," where the person travels to another space that this sounds more like. It is not astral projection either. Your physical body stays in the same place but different parts of your consciousness can travel to other places. The parts that travel can involve any of the senses, (audio, visual, emotional feeling, taste, etc.).
