If you look up exploding head syndrome science hasn’t got a clue – they can say is its not dangerous – this is correct... if in doubt though check with your doctor just to make sure there's not a problem that needs attending to... that happened to someone I know, and some fluid had to be drained, a simple procedure and she's fine now...

I’ll tell you another thing while it came to mind early hours this morning as in ‘knowing’ – I have mentioned this very briefly on the awakening thread on the angels page but not detailed it as here now, and people need to know this, so I’ll copy it on to both pages... So mind to mind transfer as in knowing/gut feeling ‘ 2nd brain’ - you’ve all heard of that gut feeling, and experienced that happening at some point with a great idea - everyone has the ability do this – getting information from your Higher Self and Guides...

You know when you made that terrible mistake a few years back or even recently – your support might say that’s part of your life plan’ you’ll learn from that and be stronger/wiser – but!! it must be so frustrating when someone is guiding you and ‘you’ just don’t listen – we could have been Guides at one time before coming here again a long time ago, so we would have known of this connection issue...

The hot and cold, many of us have experienced - in my case over many years during early awakening, during the day, and at night time ‘get those blankets off me now’ – some will tell you its your Guides working on your energy, I don’t doubt that for one moment – but what I’m trying to say here is, it can also be because you’re not paying attention…

Everybody has that gift to hear as in ‘mind to mind transfer’, even the deaf – the gut feeling… all you do is maybe get a nice drink of tea for example to warm your tummy a bit, although this doesn’t have to be – then sit/lie quietly and let your mind drift and clear… and listen – not in ‘hearing’ – but ‘knowing’… And I’m looking up at my Angels ‘my support’ right now as my tinnitus is up a notch and saying ‘ok with that’…

Your Higher Self and your Angel will be with you from day one until completion, supporting ‘you’ assigned to ‘you’ – and by the way we are to see our life plan through, all the way ‘non of this cutting it short’ this is not the way – and Guides may come and go and change depending on your circumstances and growth…

So here its all written and said, and it might just help many – and all your spiritual support team/family have to do now, is get you to look on here – so good luck if its you now, and listen – no giving up, and get help when needed - find some light - then an important part to remember, be kind and help others... and that's all done, and 'breathe' me I mean lol...... and you - stay strong there...
