I never felt like I have interacted with any specific group of "aliens" but I have read a lot of books and the ones I resonate with are those that channel beings from Arcturis. And the ones that annoy me the most are the ones that channel beings from the Plieades. Does that count as a connection? What groups have you felt a connection to?
