PS just eat real fish, the omega 3 is purer, even better de-husked hemp seeds (not from the type you smoke) more omega 3's in it than fish, and no mercury as fish can give.

The fish oil contains more vitamin D, to my knowledge, because it's from cod
liver, which you'll usually don't get if you eat a plain fish.
