New moon Mugwort divination tea.
Mugwort is associated with divination, psychic visions, astral travel, connecting and communicating with spirit due to it's chemical properties that induce a trance like state, whilst this trance is best induced by smoking it, a simple mugwort tea is also capable of opening your third eye and enabling you the ability to connect and communicate with spirits.
You can combine it with cinnamon as it is an energy amplifier, the tea packs a powerful punch if you drink it before astral travel, lucid dreaming, tarot, rune readings or other forms of divination, this is best used on the new moon, and it also works well on a full moon. DO NOT use mugwort if you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant.
You will need 1 tsp of dried mugwort,
1 Cinnamon stick,
1 cup of hot water,
sugar or honey to sweeten.
Pour the hot water over the dried mugwort and allow it to steep for 10 minutes, sweeten to taste as mugwort is very bitter, stir the tea clockwise using the cinnamon stick whilst saying,
" Witch's herb, proud & true, unlock my sight on this moon so ( new/full ).
Grant me visions yet unknown, and open my mind to the visions shown."
Hold the cup in both of your hands and envision it filling with purple light, then drink up before you perform your divination ritual of choice.
