Astral projecting with a CPAP
I have mild sleep Apnea and use a CPAP. Last night I think maybe I was on the cusp of going somewhere after a crazy dream about UFOs. But CPAP dry mouth brought me crashing back to reality. I attempted to remain still with my eyes closed for a few seconds after waking. That brought me weird body sensations.
