Idk. My patterns change. Often with my environment. I am kind of indifferent as to when I sleep and awake. Only time I feel it is important is when I have to get things done during the day hours. I am sure all those things can help. certainly if I physically wore myself out it would help me rest. And having my mind in the right state helps also. But some times I can be physically exhausted and not sleep. But perhaps there is a formula in there someplace.
