To me he is trying to tell us something that's one/non-dual using language which is dual and that is to point to the non-dual.
He is saying "the ONE" is in everyone but it goes deeper cause "the ONE" is everything manifested in and as everything. The only reason he said you is so you could understand it as to understand it in language is to use you and not me.
