Sri Vasudeva is my Sadhguru. He is a Paramaguru. My Kundalini awakened spontaneously in his presence when I met him in 1997. This happens through a natural process called shaktipat, when the student is ready and the Master appears. This is part of Siddha Mahayoga, an ancient Energy Path that incorporates all the noble Paths/Yogas to self-realisation. He also teaches about optimal wellbeing and living in harmony with Nature.
