This is a shortend version of this ritual from the golden dawn . This is one of many , there is no one rite way .
You sit facing the east , spine streight . Do slow deep breathing until deeply relaxed . Visualize your higher self as a point of light in deep space . With an in breath draw down a beam of white light to the crown chakra . visualize it getting brighter as you charge it . Do this three times for each chakra and move on to the next chakra . When you have charger the root chakra visualize the light going up through each chakra out the top of your head , then srounding your body entering your root chakra . do this a few times .
