What practices do you follow during lockdown?

Namaste,

Hope all are doing fine and well. What practices in Hinduism are you following during lockdown ?

Social distancing brings solitude and silence, which is great for reflection, journaling, meditation and spending quality time with oneself.

I also spend some time reading about the history of allopathic medicine, medical management of patients, nursing, and about alternative medical streams like naturopathy, herbal medicine, pranic healing and ayurveda.

I am also wondering what my sis Shivani Devi is upto or busy with and hope she is doing fine and okay!
