On the other hand if I meditated on love I would feel things like peace, harmony, tranquility whereas if I just did nothing, thats all I would accomplish, nothing, no progress. The basic principle is something like you are aware and nature does all the stuff, but in practice we find doing nothing is not the same as making no effort. It still needs a lot of attention, determination, work, persistence and so forth, and I think the word 'effortless' implies some finer nuances.
