That light therapy works great for some things. My physio was using it on me and it worked far better than any of the other previous physio I've had with others when they were doing stretches and stuff on me. It speeds up healing. My daughter had light therapy done when she had an immune issue which was causing growths which were caused by a virus.. she'd had about 17 surgeries before that for the growths and was booked in for more surgery but the light therapy fixed the problem in only one treatment. It was used to boost her immune system. My daughter had it used on acupuncture points whereas I had it used directly on the affected area.

I though cant see how it would fix stenosis which is a narrowing, so structural.. I cant see how light therapy would put something back into correct alignment if it's out.
