It's the reverse of that, Kaere - long time since I 'spoke' to you b.t.w....
A visit is logged with a username on this website's Home Page at the bottom, the 'What's Going On' 'Total members that have visited the forum today' list. But when you click/tap on the member's name there's a 'permission denied' type of error message displayed. Then if you look for that username in the Members List it isn't shown.
I don't know if that's the case for every such record because I haven't checked.
You visit anonymously but you're visible in the Members List.
