Sure, anything, non-violent, to relieve you of your anger - scream into a pillow!!
Hit a tennis racket on a pillow, like the the therapists have you do in their sessions.
BUT - don't curse them.

Scream about how angry you are...example:
"I get so mad when you do 'this'. I wanna just slap you...."+ more.
Then, say -"Lord, you know I don't really mean it. It's me I have to deal with. Why does this bother me so much? Any help?"

Check yourself and see how better you feel letting that out of you, yay.
It's like a poison inside...and it can spread to the next guy that really doesn't deserve your anger.

Progress from emotional triggers, old psychological traumas and spiritual growth, after that will be easier...
once the anger is dissipated.
