I agree with others in the forum who have said that your twin may have triggered a kundalini awakening. Your twin flame is your divine counterpart; God's expression of love through another human being for you. That's probably why every time you think you forget about him; he pops up in your dreams. In my experience I'd see my twin flame's name or hear it.... everywhere.
