I preffer to humble myself the best I can at the time.
Maybe on my knees or maybe fire up a sweat lodge and crawl back in my Mothers womb.
Then I may say to my Creator something like this.
Aho Tunkashila, Wankan Tanka, take pity on me, my Heart cries this day
and I am in need of your guidance and Love.
The relationship that I walked away from creates a pain that gives me doubts.
I ask in a humble way Creator that I can see the signs
that you always provide that guides me on my path.
This day Grandfather and Grandmother Spirits, I pray for your Sacred Powers to cleanse
my pains and griefs from my Heart so I may walk each step in a Sacred manner
with patience and courage, Wisdom and Knowledge.
Direct my steps and allow me to see the signs of your Love for me
and comfort me on this Sacred journey.
