When I was overweight, I sometimes felt pain in my heart region, so I went to a cardiologist for a control.
Although my blood pressure was a little high, overall my heart was healthy. The doctor told me that I probably feel muscular pains, caused by my lack of fitness.
After I dropped to a normal weight (through calorie restriction, and moderate exercise), my blood pressure dropped to normal, and never felt those pains again.
It is
possible that the woman did a normal massage on you, and that your pains are your body's message to you that it needs more care from your part.
If you worry, why don't you go to a cardiologist for a check up?
