I don't read for others, nor do I plan to. I use tarot for myself, for self-knowledge, self-discovery, healing and shadow work. In general people come to tarot for quick fixes, for love troubles or predictions, and I don't think that that is what tarot is for. Also, people only want to hear what suits them really. I am also not a therapist, so who am I to give others advice.
