Exactly. I started to say to back to them whatever they said to me.
Example - "Well, I think you're crazy (fill in what they said) that you don't

Very soon, of course, I stopped telling this sorts of 'friends'.
It was obvious I was so happy and thrilled why on earth would anyone want to 'rain on your parade'?
I don't hang with them anymore...but am always my usual congenial self when I see them.

I happened to be friends with a circle of psychiatrists - one needing air in his tire and dropping in...
if he had dropped by during a 5 hour altered state,
he would have thought me psychotic, sure - that's what the world thinks of
mystical exps.
They're idiots - but God Bless 'em.
