You are neither the body nor the mind
Thoughts are either about reliving the past or speculating the future.
Mind does not allow you to be in the present and hence is the biggest hindrance.
Be in this moment and live life fully without worries.
You are self-realized here and now. Don’t look elsewhere.
Any kind of effort or trying to achieve enlightenment is counter productive.
Look inside and find the source of “I”
I AM, the impersonal awareness, is neither born nor can die.
The phenomenal world is just an appearance and will disappear. So is the case with all the objects that appear in your consciousness.
Don’t try to change the world. How and why it is the way it is, is none of your business.
You are not the doer of your actions and hence don’t blame yourself
So is the case with others – Don’t blame others for whatever happening to you.
And so on and so forth…….
What beautiful words............
deserving to be made into a plague and displayed
in an auspicious area for deserving eyes.

Happiness is the result of an enlightened mind whereas suffering is caused by a distorted mind.
