After researching I noticed that *speaking stone* was a word used for it.
The obelisk also looks very similar to one of the pictures I found online of Lia Fail. The one I saw was a bit bigger and less worn down though. but it was even in a similar area.

This is just one experience Ive had in this area.

I was able to piece together an idea of what Tuathas really are.
Id love to discuss this more.

What an amazing dream! I don't know much about Lia Fail though comparing your dream vision with what you found, my guess is you might've been shown it in its original form. I think the Lia Fail was supposed to scream during inauguration of a king if he was the rightful ruler. If not then it would remain silent.

As for the Tuatha de Dannan, if I remember right, they came from the north islands. I'm not sure where those islands were so there's room for speculation. If those islands still exist, my guess is to place them in the arctic circle with Greenland, Baffin Island and the other islands in that area. Whatever their origin, they did sail the ocean and when they landed on the shores of Ireland, they burned their ships so the smoke got called mist in the mythology.

A theory I came across is that they were survivors of Atlantis's destruction. I remain uncertain of that as myth puts Atlantis a bit south of Ireland so the direction doesn't match to Ireland's myth of saying that the Tuatha came from the north.
