I was talking with a friend last night about this. Her legs tingle during meditation. I'm not sure if I feel the same thing. Mine feel more like energy running through.

Anyway my big question.. i see balls of light. They are about the color of my avatar. Some will mesh together and pass through eachother. Others will start out as a distant bright white light. My friend said don't be afraid of them. I've never felt that. I just enjoy watching them move about. I've read a few different articles.. none of which seem worrisome. What do you guys think these balls of light are?
