For the longest time I so could not wear silver it literally made me sick to my tummy, now I am fine with it. My wedding ring is silver a "worry ring" one that spins. Been on 7 years now.
I so often mix and match metals now gold, silver, copper, and natural stones. I have found that I do not force what I wear I let it choose me. If it does not call out then its not put on.
I too sagged the whole house at 5 AM that seemed to really shift the energy.
