The actual message was, “do your work”. It speaks of taking on a big goal and working on it until it is complete. The reverse speaks of avoiding a big task can lead to troubles.
I like your interpretation of balance and healthy boundaries! In a new job it is difficult to find that balance that will come with time. And interesting enough my weeks meditation was about balance.
