Andromedans are advanced in telepathy and telekinesis. If you are of this heritage, you have abilities that can be developed if you choose to do so. It is not required however. If you want to learn, find a teacher and discipline yourself to the practice.
Before you ask where to find a teacher, you need only ask your higher self. The teacher is already on the way to you.
