Have you looked into legumes and nuts? Getting your protein from veggies and fruits sounds like a tough ride..

The average person needs like 50-60g of protein. Try mixing beans with grains, and eat nuts, seeds, and vegan 'meat'.

(also, for vegetarians there are of course dairy products and eggs)
