The Gospel of Thomas was never canonized and contrasts with the other four canonized gospels. For example, in the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus esponds with wisdom, never mentions fulfilling scriptures, performs no miracles, does not mention that of a new kingdom coming which will totally decimate the existing governments and that of the Law being fulfilled.
The Gospel of Thomas is written in a cryptic fashion fueled by the hidden sayings of Jesus.
