Hi thanks, I am not grounded. I have a lot going on inside, & have not yet learnt how to ground.
I try to meditate once a day.
I don't always know what to meditate on or how, so I utilize guided visual meditations. I've been trying to ground by emotional, physical, and spiritual means.
I'll see if I can find guided grounded meditations. Thanks.
