Some crystals that are pink look yellow/orangy.
Red tourmaline shows a brown layer in yellow etc. etc.
Don't get me wrong, I love the bibles and I am very happy with them, but they could've done a much better job on the photos.

That I agree with. Some are very much respresentative of what they are in real life but others look very weird. Take the pictures of Sugilite for instance. They look more like red Tiger's Eye.
For me it's not that much of a problem as when I'm getting interested in a stone when looking through her books I also look up info on the internet. But I do have to agree that the pics should have been more on point.
