I had this after taking anti-depressants, although my psychiatrist said that wasn't one of the commonly reported side effects. There was this cool circular airy feeling where my heart chakra would be, and I wasn't meditating to tune into my heart chakra either.
During OBE's and sleep paralysis episodes, I would experience gusts of wind that weren't cool or healing. I've since read that some mythologies link this experience with wind, with spiritual experiences.
